Delivery Policy (Online)

Our business has a policy on clearly stating what is included in all prices quoted for any delivery and shipping charges incurred.

All Massage Chairs/ Sofas purchases are entitled to FREE delivery (single trip) in JABODETABEK Area (surcharges may apply for areas outside JABODETABEK)

Small Products (applicable ONLY for Online Orders):
Our Small Products delivery services are supported by JNE / Mr. Package. You can track the delivery status by contacting our online Customer Service.

Massage Chairs or Massage Sofas (applicable ONLY for Online Orders):
We will contact you within 1-3 business days after you have placed your online order, to arrange delivery of your item(s) on a given day and while we regret that we cannot give you an exact time for delivery, we will endeavour to meet your requirements where possible.

We strive to process all orders within 1 – 3 workings days of receipt (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays).

Please note that the average 1 – 3 working day processing time is an average required to check payment, pick, pack and dispatch your order(s) and the order cut off time is 12pm noon. Deliveries of small product orders will take an additional 3 – 5 working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays) after order(s) have been dispatched.

For massage chairs and sofas, a sales representative will get in touch with you within 1 – 3 working days after our acceptance of your order for scheduling of delivery, subject to stock availability.

If you purchase a massage chair/sofa and any other items, all the items will be delivered together with your massage chair/sofa.

Some orders may take longer to process if it was received during the weekend (Fri after 12pm – Sunday midnight), during peak season, sale periods and unforeseen circumstances. We seek your understanding in this.

Small Products (applicable ONLY for Online Orders):
We use local couriers (JNE/Mr.Package) to facilitate the delivery of our orders; therefore it would usually take place between 9am to 10pm, six days a week. Excluding Sundays and Public Holidays. We are unable to deliver at specific times (e.g. at 9am, before 5pm, after 7pm etc.) at this moment. Kindly note that we are not able to issue a refund due to unforeseen circumstances if Pickupp does not deliver on time. Please note that Pickupp operates on a best effort basis.

In the event of a failed delivery (ie. no one at home to receive), you will receive an email from Pickupp for re-delivery. They will attempt re-delivery for another 2 tries before the parcel is returned to us. Under such cases, a redelivery fee of $8 (for small products) will be charged to resend the order.

Massage Chairs or Massage Sofas (applicable ONLY for Online Orders):
The timing of the delivery will be pre-arranged with you and you will receive a confirmation delivery email. Delivery will take place between 9am to 5pm, Monday to Fridays and between 10am to 1pm, Saturdays. Excluding Sundays and Public Holidays. We are unable to deliver at specific times (e.g. at 9am, after 7pm etc.). Our friendly delivery team will call you 1 – 3 days before delivery as a gentle reminder before delivering the Massage Chair or Massage Sofa. Should you not able to answer their call, they will still proceed to deliver your item.

In the event that there is no one is at home to receive the delivery, our team will leave a “Unsuccessful Delivery” note stating that they attempted to deliver the item. You may call the number stated on the note to arrange for another delivery schedule.

We would like to seek your kind understanding that some delays may occur during peak seasons and sale periods due to overwhelming orders and deliveries.

Small products:

*We use local couriers (Ninjavan) to facilitate the delivery of our small items orders and are unable to deliver at specific times (e.g. at 9am, after 7pm etc). Excluding Sundays and Public Holidays.
Delivery fees will not be refunded for items returned.

Massage Chairs / Massage Sofas:
Free local (Singapore) delivery for:
– all massage chairs and massage sofas.
– all orders inclusive of any massage chair or massage sofa.
There will be an additional delivery charge of $100 for each subsequent re-delivery, regardless of the total value of your purchase.

To qualify for delivery, your delivery location must be easily accessible through the elevator (i.e. same storey as lift landing) or must be on the same floor as the goods loading/unloading area.

If the delivery crew is unable to deliver the massage chair / massage sofa to your location through the elevator at the point of delivery (i.e. items unable to fit into elevator, refusal of elevator access by building management or etc.) and deemed unfeasible, we will assess the feasibility for the massage chair/ massage sofa to be carried up through the staircase in a non-hazardous manner.

If the process is deemed hazardous, (i.e. items prone to damage on narrow stairway, obstruction of passageway), and deemed unfeasible based on our assessment; we reserve the right to cancel the delivery and re-arrangements will be made and may be subjected to additional charges.
