Payment Policy

Accuracy of Charges

Our business is committed to avoid over and under charging and to ensure correct change is given. The business is VATregistered, all prices are inclusive of 11% VAT and in Indonesia currency. Prices are communicated clearly to customers prior to purchase.

There will be no hidden costs in the actual sales carried out. Payments are reflected clearly on the invoices/sales orders issued upon customers’ final payments. Correct change will be given back to customers.

To enable us to ensure the smooth processing of your orders, the following payment policies will apply to all online orders placed with OSIM:-

  1. We accept the following modes of payment in all OSIM Stores and Roadshows

Cash (IDR)

OSIM / Metrox Group Cash Vouchers

Debit Card

Credit Card (Visa / MasterCard / AMEX / Diners / China Union Pay)

Bank Transfer

 

We accept the following modes of payment on the OSIM Online Store:

PayPal (via Visa /Master Credit Card or Debit Card)

  1. You are required to provide details for Billing Information when using credit cards. Billing Information submitted has to be the same as it appears on your credit card statement.
  2. We reserve the right at our absolute discretion to cancel your order and/or suspend deliveries should we find that the information submitted is not in order or should we not receive the above documentation upon request.
  1. This plan is applicable for BCA, Mandiri, HSBC and other credit cards (you might want to check with our sales team in stores and roadshows) with tenure options of 6 months, 12 months, 18 months & 24 months, based on each of the banks agreement with OSIM. The IPP is currently available ONLY at OSIM Stores & Roadshows.
  2. All applications are subject to respective banks’ approval.
  3. Upon approval from the bank, you are required to sign on the payment charge slip and return to OSIM, as acceptance of the instalment plan and all terms and conditions set by the approving bank. Failing to do so, your order will not be processed.
  4. Once the first payment has been charged to your credit card, any change to your instalment plan is subject to bank’s approval and charges.
