Sales Policy

  • Our sales policy states that our business offers goods and services of satisfactory quality as defined in the Sales of Goods Act S14 (2), Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act and Lemon Law.
  • OSIM will automatically forfeit deposits or amount paid and/or impose storage charges if product collection is not completed within 3 months or 2 months (for display/demo products) from the date of issue stated on the Sales Order/Invoice.
  • If you cancel your order, you will not receive a refund of any deposit(s), partial or full payment(s) paid for your order.
  • All orders made are final. If there is no promotional code(s) applied to the order made, OSIM will not reimburse/refund the promotional amount.
  • Item(s) provided for trade-in automatically becomes property of OSIM upon collection, and is strictly non-refundable.
  • Warranty is immediately void for products transited out of Singapore (warranty terms and conditions are available at https://sg.osim.com/policies/
  • All export/custom/excise/freight/shipping costs, duties and /or taxes (if any) will be strictly borne by the customer (excluding intercountry deliveries).

Our business’ discounted prices and promotional offers are clearly and prominently displayed in and on communication materials.
Discounted prices and promotional offers are subjected to change without prior notice.

OSIM may from time to time organise trade-in promotions that offer you an opportunity to trade-in selected items (“trade-in items”) to OSIM so that you can purchase selected OSIM products from OSIM at a discounted price (“trade-in promotion products”) and/or receive free item(s) (“free gifts”) with your purchase.

The following terms and conditions (“T&Cs”) will apply to your participation in OSIM’s trade-in promotions:

  1. OSIM reserves the right to make amendments to the T&Cs at any time, in OSIM’s sole discretion, by posting any such amendment(s) to OSIM’s website (accessible at https://sg.osim.com/policies/) without prior and separate notice.
  2. Trade-in promotions are only available for the purchase of OSIM products from OSIM International Pte Ltd (Co. Reg. No. 198304191N) (“OSIM”) in Singapore at OSIM outlets or OSIM roadshows/fairs or OSIM’s website (accessible at https://sg.osim.com).
  3. When you participate in a trade-in promotion by making a purchase via an OSIM outlet or OSIM roadshow/fair, the trade-in item(s) and the trade-in value(s) that are applicable to your purchase will be as stated in the sales order for the trade-in promotion product.
  4. Trade-in promotions are not valid in conjunction with other promotions, coupons or discounts unless otherwise stated.
  5. By participating in OSIM’s trade-in promotion(s), you warrant that:
    1. you are the owner of the trade-in item(s); or
    2. if you are not the owner of the trade-in item(s), you have the right to transfer the ownership of the trade-in item(s) to OSIM.
  6. At the point of delivery of your order, OSIM’s personnel will inspect your trade-in item to assess if your trade-in item is eligible for the trade-in promotion. OSIM reserves the right to at any time in OSIM’s sole discretion reject any trade-in items that are in a condition that is not satisfactory to OSIM (including, for example, badly damaged items, stolen items, etc.). OSIM’s personnel will inform you about whether your trade-in item is eligible for the trade-in promotion.
  7. If OSIM’s personnel notify you that your trade-in item is ineligible for the trade-in promotion, you must pay OSIM the trade-in value and either return OSIM all free gifts that you received under the trade-in promotion or pay OSIM the prevailing retail price for the free gifts, and OSIM reserves the right to not deliver the trade-in promotion product to you until you have either paid the trade-in value to OSIM and returned or paid for all free gifts, or OSIM has collected an eligible trade-in item from you.
